• How soon will my order ship?
    For the most accurate estimate of when your order will ship it is best to refer to the estimated shipping times on the page of the product you ordered. We offer a wide variety of items from small graphics to large custom painted grilles. As such shipping times vary widely depending on the item you ordered. A general guideline for estimated shipping times is as follows: 
    • 1 - 3 business days for overlays and graphics
    • 3 - 5 business days for custom graphics
    • 1 - 3 weeks for blackout/chrome delete parts excluding graphics (check items page for more detailed shipping estimates)

      If you need your order by a certain day please contact us prior to ordering to ensure we can meet your deadline. The shipping time you select is an estimate from the shipping service, and that clock doesn't start ticking until we give them the package.

  • What is the status of my order?
    When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

    If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

  • Why can't I choose UPS for my P.O. Box delivery?
    UPS will only accept shipments to a valid street address. They do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you require your package be delivered to a P.O. Box address please select USPS as your shipping service.

  • Can I pickup locally?
    If you are local to the St. Louis, MO area we do offer in-store pickup. Please contact us before ordering to set this up. If you've already placed an order reach out ASAP and we can do a local pickup unless your order has already been shipped.

    Our in-store pickup hours are 8:30AM-5:00PM on Monday through Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

  • My Package is marked as delivered, but its missing, what do I do?
    Like most online businesses, we rely on third-party couriers such as USPS or UPS to deliver your package to you. Once handed off to the courier we are in the same boat as you. If you can't find your package within 48 hours of its delivery date please do the follow:
    • Verify your shipping address
    • Look for any attempted delivery notices
    • Look around your property for the package
    • See if someone else accepted your delivery, including neighbors.
    • Check any video footage you may have from smart doorbells or cameras.
