- Can I remove the overlay without damaging my vehicle?
Yes. you're safe to remove them without causing any damage. We utilize automotive wrap film for our material. This is designed to be removed from the vehicle without leaving adhesive or damaging the paint. - How do I remove the overlay?
You should be able to just use your finger nail to lift a corner and then pull it off. If it's being suborn you can heat it with a hair dryer or heat gun to make it more pliable and easier to remove. - My decal/graphics were messed up during installation, can I have a refund?
We offer refunds or replacements for graphics that arrive damaged or defective. If the issue occurs during your installation we do not offer a free replacement or a refund. If you are concerned about the difficulty of an installation please make sure you watch any accompanying installation video and/or reach out to us for more information. Install at your own risk, or have a professional do it. If you need help finding an installer near you we can help with that as well. - Can I install my decal/graphics outside?
No matter what size graphic we require it to be above 60 degrees (F) and ideally between 65-72 degrees (F) for optimal results.
For large installations, such as stripes, we recommend doing it indoors if possible. This avoids wind and dust interference. A professional sign/wrap shop will install in a facility that is dry and temperature controlled.
